Who We Are

At WoodsGift Counselling Services Ltd, we provide professional, compassionate counselling and psychotherapy from our Kilkenny based clinic,  where our existing adult counselling service is now complemented by a dedicated Child and Adolescent Clinic. We also support clients across Dublin, Wicklow, and across Ireland through online therapy.

Our experienced and empathetic therapists work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, offering tailored, evidence-based therapy to meet individual needs and therapeutic goals. We support clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotional regulation, and relationship difficulties.

Sessions are available in person, online, and by telephone, providing flexible and accessible counselling options. With a strong client-centred approach, we offer a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where individuals and families can explore challenges, build resilience, and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
